...Battery BY a referee

I need help....My 15 year old son was grabbed by an adult referee in the locker room after a game. He presented no signs of aggression, retaliation or unsportsman like condut. When he removed him arm from the referees grip he skated away. Ref now says my son pushed him (not true) and he is suspended for the season. Any ideas?
