Lunch

Snack (Before practice)
2 fig bars
Snack (After practice)
1 box fruit juice
1 small box raisins
Dinner
4 ounces barbecued chicken
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup rice
1 piece French bread
Salad with 1 tablespoon dressing
8-ounce glass of low-fat (1%) milk
