How Do You Balance?

This year I have two boys playing football (7yrs and 9yrs) we have practice 4 nights a week from 7pm to 8:30pm and I work full time. How/what do I feed them? Do we eat dinner before practice? Do I feed them a hefty snack before practice and then eat dinner after practice? By the time we get home after practice I'm yelling like a drill seargent to get into the shower and get to the table and run to bed. Anyone have any adivce?
