This weekend I will officiate 3 full-court basketball games for The Special Olympics. My friend, Coach E, and I have volunteered our services for several years and it has evolved into a special spring tradition for both of us. 

Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games: A Tale of Two Brothers

Last Friday, close to 5000 spectators were in attendance to welcome athletes from 44 countries during the Opening Ceremonies at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Paralympic Games. As the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) flag was raised, the Games were declared open by Canada's Governor General Michaelle Jean. The Games run from March 12 to 21st.

The Road to Recovery

I have had a recent request to continue to post blogs regarding my son, and family's, experiences in the BMX racing world. I am happy, and honored, to do this as writing gives me an outlet that I don't always get in conversation and also because I am simply inspired by my children and what they have given me.
