I am the coordinator for a co-ed squirt hockey team.  This group of mostly 11 year olds has played together for several years under the same coaches and has many successes on their record.  The dynamics of the team have changed considerably this year and it appears to have nothing to do with hockey and everything to do with drama related to "boy-girl" relationships.  I am looking for suggestions and advice from other teams who have dealt with the same issue.
