Major League Baseball Foundation
Grants from the Baseball Tomorrow Fund are designed to be sufficiently flexible to enable applicants to address needs unique to their communities. The funds may be used to finance a new program, expand or improve an existing program, undertake a new collaborative effort, or obtain facilities or equipment necessary for youth baseball or softball programs. The Rookie League Pitching Machine Program can be a bridge between tee ball and live pitch baseball. Both programs partners with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
The Baseball Tomorrow Fund does not specify a maximum grant award; however, the average grant award is approximately $50,000. The applicant must determine how much funding is required for the project; however, written cost estimates and documentation to support the request are required.
Open, grants are awarded on a quarterly basis and are due on the first of January, April, July, and October
