I wanted to know if there was any good foods out there that would help my daughter with her A.D.D?
She is a very good softball pitcher, but when practice comes around in the evenings the A.D.D starts to show up.
Her coach thinks she is not focusing during practice and is starting to get the label of a "uncoachable kid".
She takes Focolien (not sure on spelling) in the mornings for school and it works great, but when sports come around in the evening the medicine has worn off.
Just trying to find other ways to help her with out giving her more pills in the evening.
