A Louisiana company has been accused by the state's Attorney General of running a scam targeting youth sports teams nationwide.

Consumers from as far away as New Jersey, North Dakota and West Virginia have complained that Target Pictures of Youngsville and Abbeville, Louisiana, attends youth sports tournaments or training camps promising to put group or individual photographs on t-shirts, but then fails to deliver the shirts.

As a result of the complaints, the Attorney General issued Target a Notice of Unfair Trade Practices, The company has not responded to the June 25^th Notice.
